We’re out to flip the script on oysters. Around here, they’re everywhere—but they’re almost always raw, fancy, and perched on crushed ice next to a glass of white wine.
Don’t get us wrong, we love that, but we also know oysters can be more than a starter course. We’re here to fire 'em up, dress 'em down, and make them the star of the plate.
